Also, your handling of the negotiations with our buyer was great, we ended up with a better deal than we expected.  During escrow you handled all the details for the inspection and repairs while we were 2,500 miles away.  We only needed to provide approvals rather than dig up vendors, and schedule the work which you took care of.  When the escrow documents had errors you saw to it that they were resolved quickly.

My wife and I hired Central Coast Properties to find us a home in Camarillo, California. We also listed our previous home in Thousand Oaks, California with CCP. In approximately three and one half months, CCP found a qualified buyer and our house was sold.

It should be noted that at the time we were looking for our present home there were lots of houses for sale, however we were looking for a specific type of house in a specific condition. CCP never gave up on us and eventually found our present home.

As for selling our previous home, at the time there was an influx of homes on the market. CCP never faltered. They held open houses, engaged a specialist in staging the home, developed a virtual tour of the house and continuously called people in the real estate business praising our home. They did find a qualified buyer and the house was sold at a fair market value.

I began working with Curtis and Tracey Guntner five years ago when we purchased a home that eventually was to be our retirement home.  Obviously, we wanted great care taken of this home while it was a rental.  I found Curtis and Tracey and their staff very attentive to all the details necessary in maintaining this home.  They responded to questions in a very timely manner, and took care of any problems quickly and professionally.   That included sending pictures when appropriate, hiring qualified repairmen, and following up on any work done.
